How long does my order take to ship?
Most in stock orders will ship within 3 business days. If you have been working with us on a custom creation, a time frame will be set for production and shipping times. If you have any questions on shipping and creation times, please submit your question using our contact form.
Do you offer international shipping?
At this time we only ship to the lower 48 states. We also offer in person pickup at our shop in Pittston, PA.
How do I pick up in person?
If you placed an order for an in stock item, you will receive an email directly from us to schedule pickup at our shop in Pittston, PA. If you are working with us on a custom creation, pick up time and place will be discussed.
What is your return/cancellation policy?
Unfortunately we do not offer cancellations on in stock items with orders placed online. We also do not accept returns. However, if your product is damaged in shipping, we will offer a replacement or refund as appropriate. These shipping and product damages will be assessed on a case by case basis.
My order was damaged in shipping. Now what?
Use our contact form to let us know your order was damaged. We will respond asking for any additional details and photographs. These damages will be assessed on a case by case basis. In most cases we can create a new item for you.
My product broke. Can I have a new one?
Your product will last if it is used and cared for properly. If there is an issue with workmanship, please use our contact form to let us know. We will handle the situation on a case by case basis.
How do I request a custom piece?
Please use our contact form to let us know what kind of piece you would like us to create. We will go over terms and pricing based on your requested piece. Each custom piece does require a non-refundable down payment. Down payments will vary on estimated project total. Unfortunately we do not ship large furniture pieces. These are only available for pick up at our shop in Pittston, PA.
Can you meet me somewhere for pick up?
If you are requesting a meet up at a designated place other than our shop, please use our contact page before you order. We have done meet ups in the past, but these may require additional fee for milage. Unfortunately we do not do meet ups outside of our home base and immediate surrounding areas.
How do I care for my piece?
Proper care of each piece may differ depending on the finish, etc. The most common way to care for a cutting or charcuterie board is to apply a food safe board cream or butter once a month, or when the wood appears dry. We offer our own beeswax/food grade mineral oil blend for purchase. We also recommend Walrus Oil products which can be found here.
Do you share or sell my personal information?
No need for lengthy privacy policies here. Any data collected is through our vendors, SquareSpace and Stripe. Any of the information collected is controlled and monitored by them. We personally do not store any credit card information. Any information our vendors collect and relay to us is behind locked doors!
YES - we re-use packing materials. We strive to be more eco-friendly and keep unnecessary things out of landfills.
YES - we really do donate! We strive to donate and serve the community in different ways. This has included monetary donations to shelters and people who have been in need, as well as time and materials making shelters for cat colonies.
